At this moment, my therapy practice is currently full for 2025.
However, I invite you to explore my work and connect when space becomes available, by spring of 2026. 


At Somatic Resolve, I offer holistic psychotherapy that honors both the science of the nervous system and the sacred nature of healing.


This soulful work 

supports women in their midlife-ish years, 

as they navigate trauma resolution, life transitions, 

and the deep transformations 

that naturally emerge 

through perimenopause and beyond. 


My approach to therapy is grounded in 

established clinical theories and 

supported by practices that 

honor the body, mind, and spirit 

as one system of healing.

The Midlife Portal


First, thank goodness this is not another list of menopause symptoms. What a relief! 


You might be feeling emotions that surprise you, or noticing that old stories and traumas are resurfacing — things you thought were long behind you.


Maybe your energy is shifting, your pace feels different, or you’re unsure how to keep going the way you used to.


You might find yourself worrying about your children, parents, marriage, or the larger world — wondering what’s next, and what really matters now.


Many of these experiences arise as we enter the perimenopause portal — the deep passage of midlife.


That’s not a flaw in you; it’s part of the design.


This season calls for truth-telling: What do you really want? What do you really mean?


This portal is taking you somewhere.
It’s not about waiting for things to magically improve — it’s about how you meet yourself along the way.
That relationship, between you and you, changes everything.


I can’t promise constant joy or ease, but I can promise this: your body holds wisdom.


There is a knowing inside you that can guide you home.


My role is to help you safely slow down enough to hear it, feel it, and trust it.


Women were never meant to navigate this time alone.


We were meant to walk together — supported by one another, and by the rhythms of nature herself.


If something inside you is stirring or calling for change, trust it.
Your body isn’t betraying you — it’s inviting you toward your next becoming!

Yes, our body remembers, and specifically our womb-space remembers.

I believe healing is about more than our mental and emotional worlds. 


When we have difficult or overwhelming experiences, our bodies remember — holding both the imprint of what’s been painful and the innate wisdom that has been with us since before any injury or wound happened, no matter how young. 


We carry both the wound and the wisdom within us. 


My role is to help you connect with both — allowing transformation and healing to reveal itself.

We don't rush. The body won't let you. 

That is wisdom herself speaking through your body, and looking out after you. 


We can be with that natural protective response and work with that voice instead of against it.

  • womb wisdom traditions to connect with creative & intuitive energies 
  • Menstrual or Moon Cycle Awareness practices to support rhythm/regulation, intuition & stability
  • Womb Reiki - connect with intuition & your creative power; supports regulation
  • chakra & vagus nerve connection -for somatic & soul alignment
  • shamanism elements which honors your connection to the natural world, supports a soul aligned life, and embodied presence
  • symbolic practices, rituals, in support of goals and the change you wish to see 
  • visualization practice 
  • meditations (womb to heart) 
  • I share lineages of where or how I've learned practices that I share; some are listed on my "about me" page - as i value working with integrity in all that I do, with cultural and clinical respect. There are also clinical theories that are soul-aligned for me, that underpin the non-traditional practices I carefully choose to offer. 


These optional holistic, supportive practices are offered within the ethical scope of licensed therapy and are guided by your goals and preferences.
